Marketing, LLC reserves the right to refund and cancel orders placed from outside the United States.

• License: Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Launch Clarity Kit™ and its components for your personal use or for the internal use of your single financial advisory firm.

• Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, repurpose, sublicense, or otherwise make available the Launch Clarity Kit™ or its contents to any third party outside of your immediate firm. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Kit.

b. The Accelerator Bundle (Digital Product):

• Description: Includes The Launch Clarity Kit™ and The Warm Leads Engine™, purchased together at a bundled rate., offering advanced strategies and templates for client nurturing, referral generation, and content ideas.

• License: Similar to The Launch Clarity Kit™, this bundle is licensed for your personal use or for the internal use of your single financial advisory firm.

• Restrictions: All restrictions applicable to The Launch Clarity Kit™ also apply to The Accelerator Bundle and its components, including the Warm Leads Engine™

c. The Warm Leads Engine™ (Digital Product):

• Description: A personalized digital product providing done-for-you lead magnet content, a complete email nurture sequence, and supporting lead generation and tracking tool designed to complement and build upon the brand and marketing strategy established in The Launch Clarity Kit™.

• License: Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Warm Leads Engine™ and its components for your personal use or for the internal use of your single financial advisory firm.

• Restrictions: All restrictions applicable to The Launch Clarity Kit™ also apply to the Warm Leads Engine™. You may not resell, redistribute, repurpose, sublicense, or otherwise make available the Warm Leads Engine™ or its contents to any third party outside of your immediate firm.

 

c. General Product & Service Terms:

• No Guarantees of Results: While our products and services are designed to provide strategic clarity and effective marketing foundations for financial advisors, TK & Co. Marketing, LLC. makes no guarantees regarding specific client acquisition, revenue, business growth outcomes, or any financial performance. Your individual results will depend on various factors, including your effort, market conditions, implementation, and other external factors beyond our control.

• Not Financial, Legal, or Compliance Advice: You understand and acknowledge that TK & Co. Marketing, LLC. provides marketing strategy, brand development, and technical setup services only. We are not financial advisors, legal counsel, or compliance experts. Our services do not constitute financial, legal, investment, tax, or compliance advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring your marketing materials, business practices, and any content you use or publish comply with all applicable laws and regulations (including, but not limited to, SEC, FINRA, state-specific securities laws, advertising rules, and other regulatory bodies). You agree to seek independent legal and compliance counsel for your firm.

5. Pricing, Payments & Refunds

a. Pricing: Prices for our products and services are displayed on our Site and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

b. Payments: We accept payments via Wix Payments, which includes major credit cards and PayPal. We may also offer "Buy Now, Pay Later" (BNPL) options through third-party providers (e.g., PayPal Pay Later). You understand that if you choose a BNPL option, your agreement is with the third-party provider, who typically pays us the full amount upfront, and you will make installment payments to them. We do not offer direct installment plans managed by TK & Co. Marketing, LLC.

c. Refunds & Delivery Timing:

• Delivery Timing: We aim to deliver the Launch Clarity Kit™ , The Accelerator Bundle, and The Warm Leads Engine™ via digital access promptly after receipt of your completed payment and intake form. Delivery times may vary depending on current workload, the completeness of your responses, and other factors. We will endeavor to notify you if we anticipate significant delays.

• No Refunds: Due to the customized, digital, and intellectual property nature of the Launch Clarity Kit™, The Accelerator Bundle, and The Warm Leads Engine™ and all associated services, all sales are final and non-refundable once payment has been processed and work has commenced or access to digital materials has been granted. By purchasing, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
   

6. Intellectual Property

a. Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the information, content, and materials you provide to us for the purpose of creating your customized deliverables (e.g., firm name, service descriptions, existing brand assets). You grant TK & Co. Marketing, LLC. a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your provided content solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your purchased product or service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all content you provide.

b. Our Content: All methodologies, frameworks, templates, digital assets, and any other underlying content provided by TK & Co. Marketing, LLC. on the Site or as part of our products and services (including, but not limited to, the Launch Clarity Kit™ and Warm Leads Engine™) are the exclusive intellectual property of TK & Co. Marketing, LLC. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

• Restrictions on Use: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, these materials are provided for your internal use only within your single financial advisory firm.
